This is a 2-part meditation.
Part I: Find Your Heart Center
This will guide you into finding your heart center through the 7 Sacred Directions. This has been adapted from Barbara Hand Clow’s book ‘The Alchemy Of Nine Dimensions of Consciousness’, it has indigenous wisdom embbeded in it.
Finding your your heart center is another way to anchor yourself in your heart so that you are safe to feel your emotions. This can also bring you back to the present moment, help you find your inner-guidance, and connect you directly with the fifth dimension while you’re in 3D.
Part II: Love & Oneness
This meditation is designed for you to find healing, forgiveness, and expansion in your relationships.
It is recommended that you listen to both meditations for 7 days in a row in order to really open your heart and naturally find your center on your day-to-day life.
You can listen to part 1 in the morning and part 2 in the evening, or whenever you feel suitable.
